This line of analyzers adds much more functionality and customization compared to the 050 model, yet retains similar portability features. View the additional and optional features in the specifications box to see all of the enhancements.
This device is used to reduce a high pressure supply (up to 3000 psi) inlet pressure in one stage to a lower pressure. The pressure reducing regulator is designed to meet the stringent requirements of a process analyzer sample conditioning system. The low internal volume reduces lag time thus more nearly approaching real-time analysis.
This device is used to remove unwanted contamination in a system. Bypass filters allow a continuous sweeping action across the surface of the filter element. This sweeping action prolongs the life of the filter element and also insures the sample that passes through the element is representative of the current system condition.
The calibration tap point includes the connection fittings and tubing together with a three-way ball valve to easily connect calibration gas to the analyzer.
4-20 mA Loop output for remote monitoring
Modbus RTU on RS232 or RS485
SMARTalk connects to the Data Communication option to provide visibility and remote operation via personal computer or host with true bidirectional communication. The operator does not have to travel to the measurement site to alter operation, initiate calibration, or view data. Controls, reports, and data are available at lab or office via a personal computer link. Remote access reduces the chance of "no fault found" service calls where on site trips find no fault with the equipment.
Allows data to be transferred from the analyzer to a PC using a memory module.
Signals when there is a functional problem with the analyzer.
Signals when the reading is above a user set value.
The display is a paperless chart recording of the concentration with selectable time scale to make comparisons and graphically display operating trends over time.
Prevent liquids from entering the analyzer.
A heater with thermostat control is integrated into the cabinet which provides freeze protection throughout the cold winter months. This will prevent the humidifier solution from freezing in sub zero temperatures causing the unit to malfunction. This will drop the lowest allowable operating temperature 15°C to -10°C.
Signals when the flow is +/- 30% of optimal.
The auto calibration provides software algorithm, contact outputs, solenoid valves, tubing, and customer connections for automatically calibrating analyzer at preselected time intervals.
The Trace 100 model line of analyzers can be supplied with an optional battery power supply to complete remote operation. This feature is available on the 050 model line also!
TRACErase uses technology based on a catalytic combustion process to oxidize vented samples thus preventing fugitive emissions from entering the atmosphere without causing back pressure on the analyzer. Packaged to provide explosion proof protection, this unit may be used in hazardous locations.
This option allows the analyzer to select and analyze more than one sample source. This is ideal for any situation where more than one sample source is present.
A new option available on the TRACE analyzer is a light behind the LCD to make operation even more user friendly.
On the 100 model line of analyzers it is possible to achieve a 0-100% detection range with a specially designed dilution filter.
The vaporizing regulators vaporize a liquid into a gas then perform a single stage pressure reduction on the gas. Pressure drops through pressure regulators may cause cooling which allows liquid to form. The vaporizing regulator puts heat back into the flow media to insure that it stays a gas.
